Elephant In The Garden is a wonderful book. It is inspired by a true story. When you read it you WILL be inspired to always be ready for something.
HERE'S a short summary of the book. Lizzie wanted the war to end and to have Papi come home, but their home got bombed and they had to leave. So, they found a house and the owners took them in. Then after traveling for a couple of months they found a refugee camp where they stayed and Papi came home to the camp.
